Terms of Service
The rules for using Kloudblast to send airtime and data.
1. Who we are
Kloudblast is a bulk airtime and data disbursement service operated by Kloudfi RC9130533. You can reach us at support@kloudfi.com or on WhatsApp at 0704 468 9265.
2. Your account
You create an account with your email and, optionally, a business name. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. One account belongs to one organization or person; the data in it is isolated from every other account.
3. Your wallet and the ledger
Kloudblast runs on a prepaid wallet. You fund it in advance by card or bank transfer, and every movement (money in, money out, and money refunded) is written to an append-only ledger. Ledger rows are never edited or deleted; a correction is always a new row. The ledger is the record of your balance, and it is reconciled daily.
4. What you pay
Airtime and data are charged at face value with no markup. On top of that, a service charge of 0.5% is applied to what you send, charged per recipient and shown in full at checkout before you pay. There is no subscription and no fee to open or hold an account. If this rate ever changes, the new rate is shown at checkout before you are charged.
5. Sending, review, and approval
Nothing is charged until you review it. Every batch shows the recipients, the subtotal, and the service charge before payment. A scheduled top-up does not send on its own: when it comes due it raises an order and waits for someone on your account to approve it.
6. Failed sends and refunds
If a send does not reach a recipient, the full amount charged for it ( the airtime or data plus its share of the service charge) is refunded to your wallet automatically, as its own ledger entry. You are not charged for value that was not delivered.
7. Acceptable use
Use Kloudblast only for lawful disbursement of airtime and data to phone numbers you are authorized to top up. Do not use it for fraud, for sending to numbers without a legitimate reason, or in any way that breaks the rules of the mobile networks or of Nigerian law. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running and delivering, but airtime and data delivery depends on the mobile networks and our payment partner, which we do not control. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
