Airtime & data disbursement for NGOs & programs
Reach beneficiaries at scale with a record a funder or auditor can read.
The job to be done
Program officers often disburse airtime or data as part of an intervention — for surveys, stipends, or keeping participants reachable. The reporting burden is real: you have to show what was sent, to whom, and that nothing was lost. Kloudblast is built around that record.
How a program team uses Kloudblast
- Prepare a beneficiary sheet with phone number, network and amount per person.
- Upload the batch (up to 5,000 rows); every row is validated before you pay.
- Review the summary and pay from a prepaid wallet funded in advance against the program budget.
- Schedule recurring disbursements — each due run raises an order for approval before it sends.
Built for accountability
The wallet is an append-only ledger: every disbursement, and every automatic refund on a failed send, is a permanent row you can export for reporting. Daily reconciliation proves the ledger balances. Pricing is a flat 0.5% service charge on what you send — no subscription, no markup on face value — so budgeting is predictable.
