Pricing
What it costs, and exactly when you are charged.
No subscription. No fee to open or hold an account. Airtime and data are never marked up above face value.
When you are charged
The service charge is collected once, at the point money enters the system — never twice on the same naira.
- At checkout. You review the recipients, the subtotal and the charge before paying. Nothing is taken until you do.
- Never on a retry. Re-sending a failed top-up is paid from the refunded balance and carries no new charge.
- Not refunded on a failure. The charge covers processing your payment, which happened either way. The value of the failed send comes back to your wallet in full — see below.
Failed sends
If a top-up does not reach its recipient, its value is credited back to your wallet automatically, as its own ledger entry. Spending that balance on a later order carries no further service charge — it already paid one on the way in. An order your wallet covers outright is not charged at all.
Network discounts
Some networks are sold below face value. The recipient still receives the full face value; you pay less for it. The same rate applies to airtime and data on that network.
